Certified ScrumMaster

I have been serving as the Corporate Trainer and Scrum/Agile Coach for Boeing Defense since 2007. Since then, I have personally trained over 4500 Boeing Defense employees in Agile, Scrum, Product Owner, and ScrumMaster courses. We have over 100 teams currently using what we call the Boeing Agile Software Process throughout the world.

In 2013, I authored the Boeing Agile Software Process Coaching Guide. This guide was written specifically for the culture and environment of a defense contractor seeking to deploy successful Scrum/Agile principles and practices into their programs.

I maintain my Certified ScrumMaster and Certified Product Owner status and I have become a Certified Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) consultant having completed the course with Dean Leffingwell and Alan Shalloway in September of 2013.
