Biography

Judy Graham is software development manager with over 20 years’ experience in the management of the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements definition through implementation, test on to final release. Judy has lead multi-disciplined software development teams varying from five people up to forty in both onshore and off shore global organisations. She has worked across a number of industries including UK defence, financial, media, revenue management and taxation. Judy is able to operate in a number of IT managerial roles, including: departmental, software development, QA and release management, programme/portfolio, senior project and resource management she specialises in agile processes. She has significant experience with both formal traditional and agile (SCRUM, DSDM, MSF) software development methodologies having successfully planned, defined and managed the implementation of agile development approaches into 4 different development organisations.
