Jérémy Buget, ScrumMaster and Software Engineer specialized in RIA & Java/J2EE applications. I live in France, in a charming city near Paris.
I’ve worked for years in Scrum projects. Most of the time, they were success but I had the chance to work on an “agile” project that turned into a great failure. I then saw and learnt a lot about the “Dark Side” of the Agility, when it is misunderstood including both the Client, the Team or the Executive Management. From this experience, I’ve learned some lessons that help me (I hope) to be a good Agile Engineer.
I also had the opportunity to work on a large project based on traditional Waterfall model for a year. I was already used to work with Scrum/XP. It was a rewarding experience in which I could compare the two approaches.
Otherwise, I play soccer (“too much” according to my wife) as Goalkeeper and I practice running, video games, drawing, gardening and writing.
Ah! And I have a lovely little-big-Engish-Bulldog named (Fabulous) Goliath!
