Biography

Jon Birgel's 10+ years of project management experience have led him from industry to industry to include entertainment, merchandising and information technology. His clear goal of collaboration and facilitation instead of command and control have helped him meet customer needs more often than not. Having some past experience in software/web development projects using hybrid Scrum frameworks it led him to attain the title of Certified Scrum Master/ Professional in order to solidify and quantify his understanding of Scrum rules. Using this knowledge he plans to apply this across applicable projects in order to achieve lean process improvement and reduce waste. Jon Birgel is a Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Professional, Certified Scrum Product Owner and holds an Associates of Science Degree in Video Production/Graphic Design from The Art Institute of California-Los Angeles.
