I have been in the industry since 1984, doing cobol-programming a few years first, but then mainly focusing on sales and management. Anyway, working with projects from the commercial side have trigged my interest in how the projects really are being delivered,. That has, in some situations, brought me into the position of being poject manager, having to cope with team performance issues. My most important project experiences are from building the results system for Lillehammer Winter Olympics in 1994, from contact center projects for HP and from my present Capgemini-assignment in the Pension Project for the Norwegain authorities.
Collaboration and organizational performance has been one of my main fields of interest since I got in contact with these topics in the university in 1980. Learning to know and to use Scrum has been a very positive experience and has added lots of valuable insight to this.
