AIG Global Services Program Manager for the Global Infrastructure Utility Program for Finance, reporting directly to the CFO of AIG Global Services and supporting the CFO of Operations & Systems for AIG. Responsible for eight GIU Finance work streams and three IT development teams supporting the 400+ data center consolidation, migrating over 10,000 legacy server-based applications to a virtualized private cloud environment. Used Agile methodologies to drive the development of custom financial database systems and financial and operations processes to support the measurement of the program’s progress against the Business Plan, as well as enable scenario analysis and analytical forecasting. Active agent for change promoting agile development, application lifecycle management and data integration across back office systems to promote operational efficiencies, using existing silo-based systems, databases and BPM workflow tools.
