I am a Scrum Master and Agile Coach.
Since 2007 I have been working in and with Scrum teams and in several roles: as a team member, Scrum Master, Product Owner and Agile Coach.
During that period I became more and more interested in team dynamics and organizational development which is why I started a master's programm on Organizational Psychology in 2012. I had the opportunity to research and map agile concepts and techniques to the broad field of organizational psychology. The results are very interesting and help me in my daily work with agile teams and organizations.
Living in Munich I am active in local communities like the AgileTuesday and help organizing conferences like the Agile World.
