Associate Director for Projects in the Advanced Solutions Group (ASG) of Cognizant Technology Services.  With over 20 years experience in Program and Project Management, I am a Certified Scrum Master and Project Management Professional (PMP), experience in Agile/Scrum, PMBOK, and RUP methodologies. I am a leader in Custom Software Development in Retail, e-commerce, Finance, Insurance Retail, Airline, Web Services, Mapping, Mass Storage, Government, and Health Industries.  I have extensive experience in Data Base design and implementation; participated in solution development under Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall programs and projects.  Since joining Cognizant, I have worked as a Program Manager and Scrum Coach at and Lowe's.  Prior to joining Cognizant, I worked with Comcast Media Center, Kiewit Construction, DaVita, CIGNA/Great West Life, Jeppesen, StorageTek/Sun Microsystems, Synergetics, Travelport, and BCBS.

At Lowes's: Managed Large Scale Integration of replacement systems for Order Management (OM), Point of Sale (POS) systems, and Delivery Systems/Processes, facilitating development from multiple vendor teams. Led the cultural change from Waterfall to Agile methodologies. Coached divergent teams in the incremental software development process so that testing could be done earlier on new interfaces, providing higher quality and faster delivery for the integrations. Led replacement of legacy systems and integration with multiple new Third Party software systems for Scheduling and Delivery of product from Regional Distribution Centers and Local Stores. New systems improved delivery efficiencies through a Central Dispatch Office, which controlled deliveries from Client to Customers. Managed the Enterprise Service Buss development and testing teams. Coached pure Waterfall teams to understand, experiment with, and adopt an Agile approach to their processes. At Directed Requirements Gathering, Specification, Development and Test for replacement of legacy Product Information Management Systems. Introduced Agile Framework and led the change from Waterfall to Agile processes for new software design and development.
