He has 18 years of experience testing in such areas as product manufacturing, in-circuit board-level, high-power regenerative drives, and software product development. This has included automation products integrating software and hardware as well as software products re-designing user interface. This experience has consistently blended aspects of technical creativity, customer concerns, teaming, and individual development. Since 2007 he has participated on multiple Scrum teams that have included global members. He has also led weekly Communities of Practice for scrum master, Product Owner, and Quality Assurance Roles in order to grow and support people across programs in agile teams. Owning an Agile Product
When you create a new product backlog, filled with work yet undone, you are technically behind before you even start. The product owner must be able to manage this unwieldy backlog, breaking it into "sprint-able" stories and staying on top of new requirements.
