Started Flagship with two other founders as the "technology guy." Built Flagship's internal infrastructure and services, as well as system management and help desk services offered to customers, from scratch. Installed and deployed the "Smarter Stadiums" Intelligent Operations Center for the Miami Dolphins, which won Flagship an IBM Beacon Award in 2012, and the title "Official IBM Business Partner of Sun Life Stadium and the Miami Dolphins". Helped Flagship grow from a concept to an IBM Premier Business Partner (IBM's top BP tier) in less than two years and win several prestigious awards, including an IBM Beacon Award, an IBM Tivoli Award, and the Governor's Innovation and Entrepreneurship Award. Deliver products using a wide variety of IBM, Microsoft, Citrix, and VMware technologies including system monitoring and patch management, helpdesk ticketing and support systems, cloud computing, VDI, SQL, C#, IaaS, Paas, and SaaS, using Scrum and Agile development methodologies.

Second person hired at an air transportation startup. Tasked with gathering requirements, sizing and estimating effort, and building a team to produce cutting-edge operations support software for a new concept in per-seat, on-demand air travel. This software supported DayJet's flight operations and became the basis for a successful software product. Hired and managed a team that grew to eight developers. Responsible for planning the design and implementation of software used for reservation management, Customer Care Call Center, field operations, and flight operations. Worked closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define system requirements, verify functionality, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Member of founding team. Positions held included: Manager, Third Level Engineering group (Fort Lauderdale, FL). Responsible for service packs and hotfixes to Citrix products. Managed teams in US, UK, Tokyo, and Sydney. Delivered numerous hotfixes and several service packs for Citrix products. Manager, SDK and OEM Products (Fort Lauderdale, FL). Responsible for entire product life cycle. Group Manager, Software Localization (High Wycombe, UK). Created Software Localization department. Managed three technical writers and four translators, plus subcontractors. Extensive travel to translation vendors. Produced localized versions of Citrix software and documentation. Director of Technical Publications (Fort Lauderdale, FL). Created documentation department from scratch for all Citrix product documentation. Senior Software Engineer (Coral Springs, FL). Designed and implemented portions of Citrix MULTIUSER and WINVIEW products. Also did engineering support, pre- and post-sales support, custom programming, custom support and device drivers, technical sales support, product field support (extensive travel to customer sites), and OEM hardware/software design work.
