Doris Rauh holds a master degree in mathematics. She has 30 years of experience in hardware, system and software engineering and consulting. Since 1997, she works for the process consulting group within Siemens Corporate Technology and is the expert and contact person within Siemens for the V-Modell XT (www.v-modell-xt.de) , the development standard for federal government IT systems in Germany.
Doris is engaged in the V-Modell XT development since the end of 2002 and is one of the authors of the V-Modell XT. Her main interest in the last years was the definition of the V-Modell XT conformity check and assessment. In this context, she already published several papers and participated in conferences as speaker.
Doris organises courses for the V-Modell XT and, within the Weit e.V., she is responsible for the working group established to complete the certification program for the V-Modell XT (www.isqi.org/zertifizierung/v-modellR-xt/). The Weit e.V. is an association with the objective to maintain and improve the V-Modell XT.
At the moment Doris is involved in the organisation-specific adaption of the V-Modell XT for the EADS DE.
Together with Sabine Canditt, Doris analyses if a combination of the V-Modell XT and Scrum is useful, what additional profit can be achieved by it, which kind of projects can profit by it and how it can work.
