Biography

Daniel Millet earned a Bachelors of Science (BS) degree in Sociology at Brigham Young University, and a Masters of Organizational Behavior (MOB) degree at the Marriott School of Management at BYU. He has 20 years in the IT industry working as an IT consultant, business analyst, and project manager. His experience includes implementing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, delivering applications, and building business intelligence (BI) reporting systems which targeted increasing performance, collaboration, and productivity across business organizations. Daniel has taken lead roles with teams that cross timezones and national boarders and functions, and has managed budgets of up to $1M/year and 10 people. He has developed strong skills in agile development processes, requirements analysis, user interface (UI) design, business process redesign, change management, performance and quality improvement, software testing, and user training.
