Douglas Gibbons is a delivery manager working on a large exchange project. He believes in making the most of our greatest asset: the minds of those who join us.

I lead them into working as a scrum team and took on a role as the product owner. Soon they were able to see a bigger picture than the single tasks that other teams came to them with. They're no longer interrupted, other teams are more able to engage with them, they're happier in their jobs are able to contribute far more to the company.
