Project:  Leading a team in delivery of a business critical risk managements call center solution for major health insurance providers.  Responsibilities:  Engagement Leader responsible for solution delivery, implementation of best practices and leadership guidance in application lifecycle management.  Duties included managing the Agile delivery process, supporting and guiding on best practices, and implementing day-to-day tactical operations

Architect, Regional Commercial Bank

Project:  Develop an enterprise reporting solution providing transaction and account information for high-end business customers. 

Responsibilities:  Solution Architect providing overall development, design and delivery of transactional reporting system.  Responsibility included managing the development team through the SCRUM process for delivery of the product.  As a solutions architect, devised a solution that supported a highly intensive, data process to deliver front-end reporting to clients.  The solution resulted in a product innovation that increased revenue growth through the transaction channels.

Ensured client financial team infrastructure supported server availability to 99% of uptime. Conducted executive engagements to set project priorities, strategize project initiatives and develop budgetary requirements. Perform development and support activities of complex components and interfaces in collaboration with business analysis, client and QA teams.
