ASOS.com is the UK’s largest independent online eCommerce fashion retailer.
I trained teams in Scrum and Agile techniques and helped them on the road to high-performance and achieving increased productivity.
I also acted as the Scrum of Scrums Master for four Scrum teams, both internal and external, working on a project to convert an eCommerce solution onto new technology.
I had additional responsibilities as an Agile Coach where I would provide coaching for senior management as well as mentoring for permanent Scrum Masters. I also trained internal and external resources on Scrum.
