Biography

I work as a consultant, trainer and coach at wibas GmbH. I am a Certified Scrum Master.

I specialize in change management, organizational development, Scrum, process improvement and project management. My consulting services are based on more than 10 years expertise.

I work together with my clients executing strategic and organization-wide process improvement projects using an agile approach and techniques to split the large program into more manageable chunks, implementing methods, procedures and tools to achieve results step by step, and to inspect and adapt the change in the organization’s social system.

My clientele includes multinationals as well as small to medium-sized enterprises and non-profit organizations. The range of business sectors I serve encompasses in particular the financial services, automotive, telecommunications industries and public sector.

I was born near London, but spent most of my childhood in Geneva, Switzerland. I have a degree in Production Engineering (Bsc Hons at Loughborough University of Technology) and worked in England for a few years before moving to Germany in 1987. In addition to my native tongue English, I speak German and French fluently.
