David Canteros is an experienced Organizational Coach and Management professional specialized on the subjects of improvement, adaptiveness and change in services and products organizations focus mainly on Lean and Agile Practices and Principles. He is an Information Systems Engineer from UTN – FRBA and he is about to get a Master´s degree of Coaching & Organizational Change at USAL.
Currently David is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from UTN; CSM, CSD, CSPO and CSP from Scrum Alliance and PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner from the Project Management Institute.
David helps his clients in making continuous and breakthrough improvement applied across functional areas to increase organizational agility, effectiveness and efficiency. That results in more value delivered to customers through high performance teams, higher work quality and a cultural shift with focus on the effective integration of people, processes and tools.
He has successfully improved the agility of several product & services organizations; with different maturity levels.
