Cristian Todor. I'm 33, born, raised and educated in Romania.

I live in Germany and am currently helping organizations set and reach their goals in achieving customer satisfaction. I have been active for almost 3 years as Team and Project Manager and for further 8 years as a software developer (RTOS, embedded C middleware, C++). I have a Bachelors Degree in Information Engineering. I am a strong advocate of Agile approaches as I feel they are best suited for meeting customer demands in fast paced environments, emphasize the humanity of our workplaces and I have experienced them succeeding in situations where other concepts have failed.
When I am not attending my professional challanges, I enjoy getting better at playing tennis, psychology and communication skills.
