• Lead team of global specification architects in production of conceptual model, physical format design, and content description of specifications for entire global product suite serving EMEA, NA and APAC markets • Globalize product architects function, and manage an international team located in EMEA, NAM and APAC regions • Lead team to successfully globalize, design, produce, and support over 130 core map and add-on products specifications that serves 200 countries and over 400 customers globally. • Recognized as the knowledge expert of MultiNet product families, promoted to this function to be responsible for core navigation product specifications, including conceptual model design, physical product format design, product description and new product format creation. • Successfully lead cross functional team in Tele Atlas’s first MultiNet Shapefile product design project in 2003. The Shapefile product aimed to serve the emerging navigation market at the time. The resulted product was a great success. It has become the leading global product offering of Tele Atlas -- evolved to contribute significant percentage of current global product revenue. • Responsible for bringing productization initiatives to reality by integrating requirements and constrains from Product Management, Program Management and Engineering teams. Gauged new product feasibility and constructed product design by using knowledge of customer and internal technology platforms. Tele Atlas, Product Quality Officer

• Promoted to build the first Tele Atlas product quality function based on own initiatives in product create quality enhancement to date • Identified technological, systematic and process flaws with existing product creation platform, implemented quality enhancement, control and measurement system throughout product creation chain. Created process and software tools in achieving the quality requirement.
