Lead Product Manager for the strategy and roadmap of the SDLC Product to bring divisions with competing interests together to consolidate the versions of SDLC documents into a more manageable set, adding additional help in the Completion Guides and redesigned the SDLC web site to improve navigation and streamline the process overall while standardizing and training the way employees utilize project tools such as Primavera, TeamPlay, Requisite Pro, Documentum and Share Point. Responsible for managing and communicating weekly and quarterly project release plans and product and project status of the SDLC Roadmap to include the development and analysis of key success metrics to drive the future roadmap strategies. Leader in the practice and instruction of Agile engineering techniques within the EPO. Put into action the Agile Council at AOL to negotiate with dispersed team leads which areas of improvement in the SDLC process would evolve to support Agile teams and encourage mentoring for new Agile teams.
