Biography

Craig Hadley is currently a Project Delivery Manager and Certified ScrumMaster within the ITS - Project Management Office. In partnership with the Project Leader, he takes full responsibility for the definition, documentation and successful completion of complex projects ensuring that realistic project, quality, change control and risk management processes are maintained. He monitors and controls resources, revenue and capital costs against the project budget and manages expectations of all project stakeholders.
Craig joined Kimberly-Clark in 1985 as a diaper machine operator at the Ogden Utah Diaper plant. Over the next 15 years, he held several positions with increased responsibility. In 2000 Craig moved his family to Wisconsin to join the ITS Windows Services Team. In 2003 he moved into a Team Leader role managing the Voice and Video operations teams; he joined the Project Management Office in September 2011.
Craig holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Concordia University Wisconsin with a major in Business Management and a minor in Human Resource Management. He and his family reside in Greenville, Wisconsin.

Responsible for the North America Enterprise Telephone System Availability and Performance, daily operations of Voice Mail, Call Center, monitoring and capacity planning. Responsible for North America Enterprise Server Management Operations team supporting 2,000 Windows servers and managing a staff of 7 employees in Neenah Wisconsin. Responsible for day-to-day monitoring of the Enterprise Servers, security patching, site LAN administrator tools and disaster recovery procedures.
