My background is that of a developer who became a product / project manager and the head of application development. I am a certified SCRUM Master and have solid knowledge of PRINCE2.

Due to the procurement of by the N Brown group, I had been employed as a Scrum Master, but it became obvious early on that I would have to balance many hats to ensure that product/s (web and backoffice) were delivered sucessfully. My team consisted of web developers, backoffice developers, testers and database developers.

At I was in sole charge of improving the existing Scrum model that had only been implemented 2 months previous to my arrival.
