Bojan Jovicic is interested in software lifecycle with focus on agile methods, patterns in general and especially design patterns, electronic business and ERP systems.
Bojan graduated in Information Systems at Belgrade University, where he also completed Magister studies in Electronic Business. He is currently completing his Ph.D. thesis.
Bojan is a Microsoft MVP (Most Valuable Professional) for Microsoft Dynamics AX (for third year in a row), Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) for Microsoft .NET (C#), and a MBS Certified Professional in Axapta 3.0 Programming (Axapta is now Dynamics AX). He is also a CSP (Certified Scrum Professional) and a CSM (Certified ScrumMaster).
He works as a CIO (Chief Information Officer) at DELTA SPORT. Bojan’s team won 3 ICT Awards for Delta Sport in 3 consecutive years. Starting with the Discobulos in 2008, in the Services category for the retail software used in all retail facilities of the company as well as in partners’ facilities in 5 countries in the region; and then in 2009 in the Finances category for the Upgrade of Dynamics AX project. The third award was plaque of Serbia Information Society. At Microsoft annual conference Sinergija 2011, besides him, 2 of his associates presented. This is a result of a few years of CIO working, inspiring and motivating others to grow and learn (in 2010 it was 2 people from his team besides him, and in 2009 it started with 1 besides him).
Bojan has published a number of articles in domestic as well as international both academic and popular journals and conferences. His list of publications can be found here. He has been engaged as a reviewer for some landmark publications. Bojan also spoke at a number of conferences and other events and performed several consultation presentations as well as trainings.
