***** SCRUM PROJECT: Mobile Apps DATES: Feb 2012-Jul 2012 SUMMARY: Purpose was to create a framework for developing mobile apps and then deliver the first mobile app for the company, which was the ability to take a photo of an inventory item and then upload the photo to the central inventory data. ROLE: Scrum Master/Coach. Used pure Scrum throughout the project. Project started out using team based release planning with the development team and the product owner. At first used 1 week sprints to get quick feedback and then moved to 2 weeks once the direction stabilized. Facilitated product backlog grooming and sprint planning meetings. Used sprint reviews to engage stakeholders and sprint retrospectives to improve the delivery process. ***** SCRUM PROJECT: All Dealers to New eCommerce DATES: Feb 2012-Dec 2012 SUMMARY: Purpose was to move all dealers from a legacy e-commerce framework to the current e-commerce framework.
