Biography

Agile Technical Project Manager professional with seventeen years of progressive experience in software development, International product launch, and Information technology (network/system infrastructure deployment).  At AOL, I built a solid repeatable process using Agile methodologies (Scrum) for Audience Targeting team to mange proprieties, external communication and reduce time to deliver features into production. I was also a scrum master/Project Manager for Salesforce team - managed their daily scrum, retrospective, Sprint close out and planning.  At TEK System, I piloted Agile/Scrum process to manage Search development projects, which resulted in completing and delivering three major releases and three maintenance releases in two years

November 2010 - March 2014, Dulles, VA, US
I managed Software Development Projects using Agile methodology for AOL Networks (Advertising technology team). In addition, I was a Program and Project Manager for an Audience Targeting Platform team based in Ireland and built a solid program mechanism to manage projects and deliverables. I also was a scrum master for Saleforce project, using Kanban methodology. Tools used: JIRA and Version One.

I managed a Search development project, one of Comcast’s Top 50 Projects, that included initiation, development, quality assurance/control and production release. I was also responsible for project managing infrastructure deployment as well as software installation. The release resulted in successful market trials for Comcast Cable customers as well as a successful new Search "product launch" for the Comcast Web site to improve customers’ Search experience. Tools used: JIRA, Green hopper, Wiki, Confluence, Sharepoint, Clarity and HPQC.
