By setting up PMO’s, Agile process and benefit management, Arn has enabled business to link the strategy to the portfolios, and enabled the strategy to be delivered and benefits to be realised. By mentoring project (normal as well as agile), program and portfolio managers as well as business managers and executives, the achievement of benefits and strategy has been realised. Arn can communicate at any level from executive level down to the junior project team member and believe in motivating all stakeholders and ensuring that their passion for the job comes through.
