Biography

Ani S Menon, started his career in 2002 and is currenlty working with UST Global trivandrum as a Scrum Consultant. He joined UST in 2008 as a technical lead and moved as a Scrum master with in a short span of time.He has been working in the agile space for around 3 years and has been helping customers to transfrom from traditional to agile world. Prior joining UST, Ani had been working with Microsoft and Wipro, where he played key roles such as technical lead and support engineer. Apart from CSM Ani also grabs an ITIL certification and is very much interested with the change management process.Ani has been interacting with different clients in UK and US region and is a strong promoter of scrum.

August 2008 - Present, Trivandrum, Kerala, India
I joined UST Global as a Lead and moved as a manager with in a short span of time.From day 1 in UST got a chance to work with Agile projects which was fascinating and welcome to a new world. I played the role of project manager/Scrum Master and was working with US customers. Gradaullay i moved in to a scrum consulant and started working with customers in UK and US to help them in enterprise adoption of scrum.

It was a dream joining Microsoft and it was the greatest break through in my career. I worked with different customer and got a good chance to improve my customer handling skills and technical knowledge.It also provided me the boost to go ahead and try the management area which i was interested from Day 1 in my career. I worked with IIS/ASP.NET team for 2.5 years and finally moved to UST Global to shape up my management career.

I started my career at Wipro and worked there for 4 years under different roles.By the time i left wipro, i was leading a team of 6 and was working as the team lead. Got some good chance to work on .Net platform and different projects.
