Andria Saint-Evens is the Director of Digital Marketing and Sales at Blue Shield of California (BSC), a not-for-profit, mission-driven health care company with over three million members. In her role, Andria manages online acquisition of new members, online servicing of brokers, digital marketing efforts, and the enterprise social network “@shield” (powered by Jive). In addition to the daily operations of the Digital Marketing & Sales team, Andria is front and center leading BSC’s efforts to ensure online compliance with the State and Federal Health Reform requirements. In her eight year tenure at BSC, Andria has held a variety of roles including project/program management of large strategic initiatives, enterprise business architecture, and stakeholder engagement.
Prior to BSC, Andria worked for Deloitte Consulting where she managed business process reengineering, functional requirements development, and people change management components of large software development and implementation engagements. She has a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Production Operations Management from California State University at Chico. Her first job was with Applied Materials where she was a Project Engineer. She helped build (literally) the first Tungston (W) Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) 300mm tool used in the process of creating semi-conductors.
Andria lives in Folsom, CA with her husband and two year old son. Andria is active in her community and for two years served as a Board member of the Center for Violence-Free Relationships (thecenternow.org) an organization dedicated to building healthy relationships, families and communities free from sexual assault and domestic violence through education, advocacy and services.
