Biography

 

Anand Pandey (PMP, CSM) started his software career as a developer in 2000. Since then Anand has worked with various clients in USA and Canada helping them in solution delivery.

Today Anand is a professional with proven ability in

Anand, first got an opportunity to leverage scrum framework while he was working with a client Merck & Co. Inc. (USA) in 2009. He immediately identified the potential and got certified as CSM. SInce then he has worked as CSM in multiple projects with Merck & Co and help other teams adopt this wonderful framework.

MKN an enterprise search application built on Microsoft FAST ESP. MKN is an advance search application that integrates 17 different repositories and provides a unified search window to research scientists and other end users. As we moved along, potential of Scrum was identified and team started adopting it and since then we never looked back.
