I began my career as a software engineer and quickly advanced through the ranks earning the respect of both my peers and management along the way. In recognition of my competence and character I was ultimately promoted into a coveted management role within the development team. I went on to successfully lead a group of web application specialists in implementing and deploying the company’s first system’s quality and performance program. It was during this time that quality and process control became a focal point in my career and led me to combine my proficiency as an IT professional with the skills and leadership of a project manager. I pride myself on being extremely effective in ‘translating’ the strategic vision of the business between the leadership and technical staff to facilitate timely results that generate value and revenue for the organization.


Today, I am the Manager of the PMO within the Global Services and Delivery Team. I manage a group of skilled project and program managers that are tasked with spearheading an effort to build a more mature, value-driven, and strategically focused Project Management team across the organization. I have both a bachelors and masters degree in Computer Science, along with the following industry certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified SCRUM Master (CSM), and ITIL v3.
