Andrew Celi is a Senior Programme Manager with over 20 years of experience in Software Development, IT Services and Programmes’ Management within multicultural and multinational organisations.
A Software Developer first (1992), then a Technical Project Manager (1999), and ultimately a Programme Manager (2007); since 2007 an advocate of the Agile/Scrum framework especially for Solutions’ Development Programmes where co-sourcing delivery models were adopted (internal and remote teams).
4 years (2007-2011) involved in development projects run through the outsourcing delivery model provided by a strong workforce (300+ developers and sys admins) based in India; co-sourcing of remote/virtual teams together with internal teams by leveraging on Agile Development strengths while also pursuing an “Agile Project Management” approach through Scrum.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) for development projects based on the Agile-Scrum framework with adoption of Lean and Agile principles and relative coaching of Scrum Teams and stakeholders.
Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) for radical management application while embracing Lean and Agile best practices throughout the working organisation.
