This PowerPoint training is based on the Scrum Guide. It uses the self-organizing team as a main thread to link all components of Scrum. Scrum values, pillars, and artifacts are treated as "weapons" of the self-organizing team.

In this training, the Scrum framework is explained in the format of subject – predicate – object. The self-organizing team is the subject. The three pillars and associated values are the predicate. And artifacts are the object.

At the end, I provide some tips for the self-organizing team.
