Have you ever wondered how your salary stacks up against other professionals in the Agile community? Now's your chance to find out. ASPE-SDLC and VersionOne recently announced the launch of the 2010/2011 Agile Salary Survey, designed to gather income data from the worldwide Agile community.

"In the face of the economic turmoil of 2009, Agile professional salary results showed a highly compensated profession filled with younger but very experienced professionals. I am very excited to see if the profession has broadened to include a more diverse field of professionals (last year only 19% of practitioners were women) and how much salaries have increased as Agile practices have gone mainstream," says ASPE, Inc. president, David Mantica.

The survey is open for participation until February 28, 2011. Respondents may elect to have results of the survey emailed to them once the survey has ended. Whether you're new to the Agile community or a seasoned veteran, your input is very valuable and helps provide an informative view on the economic health of our growing profession.
